What happens after booking?
You receive a confirmation with the office address, parking directions, the what-to-bring checklist and your quoted fee. Mobile bookings get a confirmed arrival window. If I spot an issue in a document you sent ahead, you hear about it before the appointment, not during.
Need to change or cancel?
Life happens; reschedule freely with a few hours’ notice by text or through your confirmation link. Missed mobile visits may carry the travel fee, office no-shows carry no charge the first time.
Booking for someone else?
Adult children book for parents, assistants for executives, HR for signing groups. Put the actual signer’s name in the booking, note who arranged it, and remember the signer personally attends with their own ID. For hospital or care-residence appointments, add the room or suite number and any visiting-hours limits so the visit lands inside them.
