Anyone from anywhere is welcome at the office; plenty of Milton, Oakville and Etobicoke clients find the drive shorter than they expected.

Caledon, Ajax, Pickering, Whitby, Oshawa, Newmarket, Aurora and Hamilton are available on request with a custom quote. One travel fee covers everything signed at a single address in a single visit.
Remote video commissioning, province-wide
If your document is an affidavit or statutory declaration and the receiving organization accepts remote commissioning under Ontario Regulation 431/20, geography stops mattering: I commission documents by secure video for clients anywhere in Ontario, from Ottawa to Windsor to Thunder Bay. The two constants: only sworn documents qualify, never seals, certified copies or apostille-bound paperwork, and you should confirm your recipient accepts remote commissioning before booking the video slot.
Which option should I pick?
Quick single document and you are mobile: come to the office, it is the least expensive path. Several signers, a hospital, or a packed schedule: mobile visit, one fee for the whole household. Sworn document, recipient accepts remote, you are anywhere in Ontario: video. Unsure?
